• Number of  containers   ( HQ 40 x 2 )
• Specifying clearlythe number of cartons or palettes ( stackable or non-stackable ) if necessary
• Proportions and weight of each carton or palette ( preferably in Centimeter , otherwise another Measuring Unit should be announced
• Type of goods along with related tariff code ( in case the goods are dangerous , ensure  to add MSDS word on it . )
